Max Development

Each Max Development program runs for 8 consecutive weeks during school terms in structured 1 hour sessions. Our participants are guided through the fundamentals of football using the AFL endorsed National Junior Training Syllabus.

Research by Troy Kirkman (2015) into sports participation showed the primary reason kids participate in sport is to have fun with their friends. This is priority number one for all sessions at AFL Max.

Our programs also blend structured and unstructured play together with the key requirements for talent development.
